Are you really an eco-friendly brand?
We place a strong emphasis on sustainability by using eco-friendly packaging and shipping methods, from our boxes and tape to our shipping labels, making sure every aspect of our operations is as planet-friendly as possible.

What ingredients are used in Purely’s deodorant?
We carefully formulated our deodorant with Organic Beeswax, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Magnesium Hydroxide, Organic Arrowroot Powder, Kaolin Clay, and Organic Essential Oils (customized for each scent, with none added to our unscented and charcoal versions).

Is your deodorant aluminum-free?
Yes. Our deodorant does not contain any aluminum. We use magnesium hydroxide, arrowroot powder, and other natural components instead, so you stay fresh without blocking your body’s natural processes.

Will it leave residue or stains on my clothing?
No. Our formula is designed to go on smoothly and avoid leaving residue or stains. For best results, give the deodorant a few seconds to absorb before getting dressed.

Is the formula suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We’ve made it baking soda–free to reduce the risk of irritation. If you have particularly sensitive skin, you may want to do a small patch test or choose our unscented version.

Can kids use Purely’s deodorant?
Absolutely. Our deodorant can be used by anyone, though we generally recommend the unscented version for children, to keep things as simple and gentle as possible.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. Our deodorant tubes are compostable, reflecting our commitment to caring for the planet. By using biodegradable packaging, we aim to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.

How should I apply and store the deodorant?
We recommend 3–4 swipes on clean, dry underarms. To preserve freshness and effectiveness, store your deodorant in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

Where do you ship, and what are the shipping rates?
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders over $40 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $40 will incur a standard shipping fee based on location and package weight.

How long does delivery typically take?
After your order is processed, delivery usually takes around 5 days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

How do I track my package?
